Fixed IP SIM Cards – APN Settings
If you are using a Fixed IP SIM Card in your 4G / 5G Router then you will need to use the APN settings provided to you from your Fixed IP SIM provider.
If you have a Fixed IP SIM Card using the Wirelesss Logic platform then the APN may be wlapn.com or wlapn4.com.
Where do I enter My APN setting?
For the H820 and H685 3G and 4G routers the APN settings can be found under the Internet / WAN menu section.
Click on Advance Parameter Groups and you will see the APN settings page. Enter the correct APN for your chosen network and remember to press ADD/EDIT at the bottom of the page. This will apply the APN settings and return you to the previous page. press APPLY to confirm the settings and the router will apply the settings and reboot the router and attempt to connect to the 3G or 4G network.
